As a Collections Specialist, you will contact customers to remind them about overdue payments, help resolve simple billing issues, and support the company’s cash flow. You will receive comprehensive training and clear development paths.
- Contact customers by phone and email to remind them about outstanding payments.
- Learn to negotiate payment arrangements following company guidelines.
- Assist with monitoring overdue accounts and updating systems with customer responses.
- Work with internal teams to resolve basic disputes or billing questions.
- Escalate complex issues to senior collectors or team leads.
- Provide regular updates to the Collections Team Lead.
- Follow legal and company policies for debt collection (training provided).
