Location: Warszawa, Job ID: 107662
Help shape the financial foundations of a newly established operational flow in Poland!
We are looking for an Entity Finance Manager in Poland to support our continued growth of RRP (Reduced Risk Products) Sourcing operations.
This role offers the opportunity to combine strategic Finance Partnership with hands-on operational delivery. As part of the Sourcing entity’s Management Board, you will contribute to key local governance and business decisions, work closely with local and global stakeholders, and play an important role in enabling future business expansion.
- Lead financial reporting and accounting: ensure accurate, complete and timely IFRS reporting and coordinate month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing activities. Oversee balance sheet integrity, while establishing practical accounting processes for new business activities, contracts and transactions.
- Own statutory reporting and local compliance: coordinate the preparation of Polish statutory financial statements and required local filings. Ensure compliance with reporting requirements, manage statutory audits, and maintain effective cooperation with external auditors, tax advisors and relevant authorities.
- Build a robust governance and control framework: establish, document and monitor key Finance controls for the new entity, including JSOX requirements, in cooperation with JTI’s Financial Controls Group. Support risk assessments, remediation plans, and contribute to the implementation of Finance systems, tools and reporting capabilities.
- Oversee cost management, inventory valuation and treasury topics: ensure appropriate cost recognition, product costing and inventory accounting, including period-end valuation and related controls. Monitor financial risks and coordinate banking, liquidity, cash forecasting and Treasury policy compliance.
- Partner with the business and contribute to entity governance: act as the Finance point and collaborate with RRP Sourcing leadership, Corporate Finance, Tax, Treasury, Legal and Global Business Services (GBS) teams.
